Three letters that have more than established their prominence in the gun community. EDC – Every Day Carry.

We all have some form of EDC, a list of items we choose to keep close to help us through our day. Phone, keys, And wallet are nearly universal. However we in the gun club tend to take it a step or two further.

Gun requires a holster.
Holster requires a good belt.
Gun and holster are useless without mags and ammo. Toss in a few pocket knives, flash light, Med kit, multitool, pen, pepper spray, so on and so forth. Before you know it you are filling your pockets with enough tools and gadgets to make Batman jealous.

How much is necessity?
How much is obsession?
When do you cross the line from prepared to paranoid?

I love discussing this topic and you will see many posts related to EDC. In this subject matter their really are no wrong answers, only different thought patterns and ideas.
